I gave a portable A/C to the "penguin" my gilfriends roommate, she is 76, and a great lady, anyway, Rose gave me a bunch of 45's, nat king cole, johnny cash, about pieces of vynil from the 50's,

so I need the little do-dad that fits in the big hole so I can spin them on my turntable. does anyone know where someone could get one.

they are easy to find online. Fred Meyer sells vinyl now, maybe they carry them. the only other local source would be one of the record stores in Tacoma...

If the one Mark“s gonna send you gets lost in the mail, I, too, have a spare one that I can send you.

Alternatively, I can sell you my lovely Thorens TD-124 TT. These wonderful units have a push down and twist adaptor built in on the two piece mat. biggrin.gif

should get the spacer tomorrow, and I will run them on the denon, Rosie told me she would get together with her girlfriends and the would spin them, she went to a Nat King Cole concert probably in the 50's and she wasnt really supposed to be there, she white and the rest of the crowd was black, but she went anyway and got hooked on his music. kinda a cool story.

Gave away most of my 45s but kept about a 6" stack.

Many 45s are not valued at much but some can fetch big bucks.

I have some Elvis 45s with picture sleeves. I've been offered between $100 and $125 for the sleeves alone. Each!

The old SUN record label. That was a big label in the early Nashville era, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis!
