| I only wish my RS-440 was a little more substantial to get it out of the garage. But with a Sansui G901(G9000) and Kenwood KR-9050 in the "rack", this little guy just can't pay the entrance fees given it's performance shortcomings versus present company...any takers for the garage orphan? |
For your RS-440, that's a tough crowd to break into. The G-901 and KR-9050 are standouts in the 160-200 wpc class. I have a mint RS-440 that never gets any play time. Not enough power...
Sam: have you ever thought of buying an RS-660???

Not my style to ask... Anyways, now that he is out of the market, prices should settle down.
Badger is going to get the next BS-5500 that comes up on the bay, so i dont think if he is completely out of the market --he really wants one.
also--if an AS-5500 or RCS-X1000 comes for sale ever, would you be bidding?
the RCS is fairly well known because of the TVK page, so if won't go cheap.
If i ever had the money and one did come up, I'd prolly pay up to $2000 for it!
That's a very cool system you've got Henry.
