AT 440 MLa setup? Grado Blue setup? On Technics SL-1300 or Sony PS-X5...

Finally, a return to vinyl. I've got my optical loops, my AT 440MLa, my shure stylus force gauge, a link to the downloadable TT protractors, and the Technics specific protractor to print out.

But what about the Sony? Which protractor there?

Chpratz? Kearns? Stevenson? Universal Stuff? stupid Protractor?

And for the carts- the paperwork has long been missplaced during a move to the new location and theft of some boxes.

What should I dial in the Shure at, gram-wise?

Any help is appreciated. Will print out the stuff (including online manuals for the two tables) tomorrow.
