Dang. I was hoping it would be a nicer reaction than that, Paul.
Thanks anyway for being the guinea pig tester!

To be fair, I do have a nasty cold.
One shot, from a pirate emblazoned shot glass.
The scent, and flavor, is similar to one of handling uncooked smoked and cured bacon.
This would be nice in a beef stew or bloody Mary.
The recipe book states a Chocolate Bacon Martini is a nice try, but I'm doubtful.
I'll try a bloody Mary. When I'm feeling better.

Was trying to find an application for Baconflavoredvodka (just sounded like German concept to me). And you hit on the only one, Paul: bloody marys. bony appetit

Would work well in a Bullshot too.
Bullshot- vodka and beef broth/bullion, chilled.
Sounds iffy, but is damn good.
Substitute bacon vodka and it should be a savory treat.

Thanks, but I tink I will stay with unflavored liquor.
Perhaps some bacon, potatoes fried in the bacon grease with onions and eggs with a screwdriver for breakfast. Bacon lettuce and tomato, with a rock glass full of ice, quarter of lemon squeezed, and a tablespoon of sugar poured full of Jaguar vodka for lunch. The bacon wraped deer filets cooked on the grill, baked potato, aspargus, and a vodka martini. That sounds like a well rounded bacon vodka combination.
