Went to Sam's club this morning, boneless pork loin for $1.38 per pound! Butterfly pork chops on the grill tonight!

Making me hungry!

A couple of times a year, usually around the holidays (like this weekend... Labor Day), Safeway often has boneless pork ribs at $0.99 a pound! I need to go see if they have them today and stock up the deep freeze.

Number one son is home for a week, so we have three racks of baby backs that are going on the 'que tonight or tomorrow.

Geez, I love pork.
