Score!!!!

I just got a coffee roaster at a yard sale, and a leather recliner for $100.00 what a score, the roaster was 120 new, and the recliner was fairly expensive, am roasting some beans as I write this, cant wait to "taste" the difference.

I can only imagine how nice it's gonna come out.

How you gonna brew?

I'm partial to the French Press myself.

I got a 5lb bag of some Kii something or other from kenya, it was pretty good when I cooked it in a air popcorn maker, but with the roaster it is certainly a more even roast, I tried a little this morning and it was pretty good, hints of chocolaty flabvor and no bitterness or acid. gonna cook a breakfast blend for my co-workers, but yes I do like the dark frecch roast flavoring, the machine lets me choose how long I want to roast it for darker flavoring, its going to be fun experimenting.

I've always been partial to terrace-grown Costa Ricans. Look for Tarrazu in the name. Usually a medium-dark roast for me.
