Almost 3 months into it and I've lost 33lb. About the same amount to go. God I'm hungry!

11 lbs a month is quite a remarkable achievment. I admire your stamina and persistance.

How are you losing it?

I've been putting on a few pounds myself. Gotta get into my summer mono-kini, so I gotta quit it with the chocolate cake and such myself...

The main thing is eating a proper diet. For me, that means cutting way back on fats and increasing my fruit and veggies. Less calories too. I'm also trying to be more active but honestly for me it's mainly what I consume. Or don't.

And don't starve yourself... as ugly as it is, things like the odd carrot or celery stick can stave off hunger and not put a single once on! You should eat when you are hungry but do it carefully.

Works for me!
