I needed a set of "feet" for a project I was doing on my deck this past weekend. What I ofund that seemed to be what I needed was 4 door knob bumbers, Wally World less than $1 per foot. After installing these feet I got to wondering how they might work for isolation on the cheap, I bought just cheapies but I think they would work, there are fancier door knob bumpers if looks come into play.

Anybody have any thoughts?

Could be, I was thinking more for isolating a turntable from vibration.

From my own experience i always find that 3 points of contact are usually better than 4.
