if it has pre-in and pre-out jumpers then remove them and it isolates the amp side. then you can control it with the preamp via the pre-in inputs. otherwise get another amp.

It is the integrated that does not have a balance control, a fader, or attenuator between the amplifier and the speakers will fix the problem of balance control.
