My dad is a retired chef-just caters now. So, I kinda know my way around a kitchen. Unfortunately, unless it's baking or special sauces it's a "dash of this and a dash of that." As usual, I'm a little overboard so I have over 100 kitchen knives including three sizes of meat cleavers. Also have a set of solid copper Revere Ware—PITA though.
