Suffered a minor injury that flattened me for a week. I was just gettiing started moving and reorganising my system. Took it all out of an antique armoire and put it on a more accessible rack (jeeze, I'm hating the thought of dusting). This what I have so far. Actuallay, only up to the TT's is set the top two shelves are still under construction. Sorry for the poor pics I need to clear a deeper area.

Pioneer SX-1250

Sansui 9000DB. Pioneer CT-F1000.

Revox A-77(#1). Pioneer RT-707. Pioneer RT-701. Denon DP52F. Thorens TD-125 MkII.
Dual 1219. Technics 676—this sucker weighs as much as the CT-F1000. Last two pieces are just parked for now. So I have two shelves to go and a list of speakers to work with. blink.gif

glad you're back on your feet Jerome. looks real good to me, i'm a sucker for vintage gear, especially the monster receivers like your Sui. what speakers are first up?

i've got one of those racks in the closet, fully occupied and devoid of stereo equipment. i wish i had thought of using it years ago, though WAF would more than likely have killed the idea. with the wheels removed i would think that it makes for a sturdy and stable platform.

Thanks. My system was built around the SX-1250 the Sui (though had for awhile) just slid in. Flanking the system I have: JBL L112, Pioneer HPM-100, Polk 10A, Canon TLS-1230. In front of the rack (adding to difficulty of picture taking) are Klipsch Fortes with a set of Design Acoustics D-6 on top. Now that the molding from the armoire is out of the way I can bring the JBL's down from the nosebleed section. An extra 1/2" width on the Polks had caused all sorts of fit problem. Everything was hooked to the SX-1250. rolleyes.gif I can slide in a: Sui 9090DB, Marantz 2325 or a tube amp. I sort of plan to hook up speakers to different amps/receivers if possible. The open access makes this a little easier. I have a Tripp Lite power center ready to go.
WAF (not that I have to deal with it) can be tough. Shoot, this may be a temporary thing for me. I put the armoire into the dining room and have a row of amps/receivers going from side to side on the bottom shelf (standing on their sides).

its a good thing you have access to support groups like this, otherwise that could turn into a problem.

Oh yeah. Gotta lotta help from the groups. All this talk about, "hey lookie what I found at the GW," or "hey lookie what I found at a yard sale," "...on the curb," etc.. Unbelieveable, so I went to look for myself. And, after two years I need to find treatment—still looking. biggrin.gif If I get motivated I'll take pics of the other areas. rolleyes.gif

I´m afraid there´s no cure for extreme insannity cases like yours, Jerome. biggrin.gif

Great stuff, anyway.

Have you found an expedite way of swaping over your inumerable sources?

That it was got me started. I bought a rack so I could integrate another computer system with a scanner. Figured I could live with the looks so I bought one for the audio. Thinking of trimming the fronts with cherry wood to tame the industrial look. Anyway, small glitch with the new system that I need to check and repair.
