Using a strictly manual turntable I have been watching for either a Q-Up or an arm lift, finally today I won? an arm lift, should save some wear and tear on my stylus.

Jim
I bought an arm lifter manufactured by Express Machining just before they closed shop.
Can´t find any explanation for not having installed it yet after all these years.
I still, not often but may miss getting to the platter in time and have the stylus doing the Dancing Madly Backwards thing and really regret what damage may have oocurred to my stylus/additional wear and such, so I feel it was something I needed just had a hard time giving up the cash they go for.
I am not sure but this one looks like an Expressimo arm lift.

IIRC it does indeed.
I´ll check mine when i get home tonight, maybe even post a pic. I remember mine is the black version.
I might even take the chance and put it to work.
