According to my Mod 101 teacher, the only way to get an exemption is by a 2/3 majority vote of the lowley peons such as myself. You only got three votes, and two were hanging chads.

Something about the recent hot weather has made the little old ladies of Ellensburg act very oddly. I just came back from making some rounds and saw a LOL (little old lady) complete with white fuzzy hair dressed in dark earth tones, crouched behind a bush, and watching the drive through of the local Jack in the Box through a pair of binoculars. A couple of weeks ago I saw a similar LOL complete with flower dress sitting on the porch of the local tattoo parlor (the entrance of which is surrounded by graphitti advertising their abilities, which is a rare thing in this little farming community) holding a nearly empty bottle of Jack Daniels. A double take didn't suffice with either of these, a quadruple take was needed and yes it was as I saw it. Could've been the same LOL (the two locations are within a few blocks), but still very unexpected behavior.
