nice choice Alvaro. i have the Neil Finn & Friends DVD, Johnny is part of that ensemble, and one of the highlights of the show is this song.

Yes! This Smiths' cover is really something and the timbre of Neil's voice is just the right one. IMHO he's always have been an underated singer and songwriter.

Although doo-wop is my favorite, I can appreciate all types of music. The combination of Country and Christmas leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, but when I heard this song on a radio station's canned Christmas program, I fell in love with this version of an old song. I think I even sent Jorge a copy of last year during the holidays. I just found it on youtube, so here it is......one of my favorites.
