OK group I need some input. I run my system through a Monster power conditioner which is full. I need more connections for my system, because I run my Pre-Amp through the Monster does that mean the switched & unswitched inputs are now clean power connections soundt/confused-smiley-013.gif Question #2 I have an Adcom 565 Pre-Amp which has MM & MC inputs. I have 2 turntables 1 MM & 1 MC can I plug both tables in at the same time? I would only run 1 table at a time but would like the option of switching between tables without having to swap rear panel connections every time ( I'm lazy that way ). Anyone???? Anyone????? sad.gif

the pre has the inputs, i would assume it also has the ability to switch between them. as long as that is the case then you can have them both connected and go from one to the other via the pre selector.

as for the power being "clean" from the Monster conditioner i havent a clue, but i would venture a guess that its the best you can do without further investment in more power equipment.

"Clean" water is only as clean as the glass you drink it out of.

The power running through your switched/unswitched receptacles will be as "clean" as the connections in the unit. I would venture to guess that under optimum conditions the connections in the unit wouldn't degrade the power, but another connection is another connection................ soundt/confused-smiley-013.gif

All the outputs from the Monster power conditioner are "clean" outputs. Concerning the TT's, dingus says it all.

The only way to be really sure is to buy or borrow another one to run the other sources through. I'd bet it doesn't really matter. I have dedicated power lines (which is not the same thing as conditioning, I know) going into 2 rooms with systems, I can't comment on the sound before and after as I had it done before I moved into the house.

What is the current output of your unit? or the model #?
