I wasn't loose till she crashed it, it got away from her and being inexperienced she didn't know what to do, I think there will be a lot more of this with inexperienced riders coming out of the woodwork looking for cheaper means of transportation. At least she wasn't out on the road in traffic.
Around here if you are over 21 you aren't required to take a training course, I don't even think she went and took the drivers -*test*-('"), she got it and decided to ride it, at 72 years old I don't think she was really thinking. Her sister was trying to tell my son yesterday (he is an experienced rider both on the road and off), that he should never use his front brake and doesn't think there even should be one.

I agree under some circumstances use very little front brake but what do I know, I have only been riding for the last 26 years.
