As this has been pointed out to me on a fairly regular basis due to the confusion it has caused, our current registration validation system is not working. So, for those of you who register, you either will not receive a validation email to confirm your account or the like will be invalid.

Not to worry, we will continue to manually validate new accounts. So, if you have just registered, be patient and your account will typically be validated within a few hours and you can log in normally then.

It appears that for most individuals, the validation link provided in the emails you receive upon registering can be made to work very simply. The domain is missing at the beginning of the link, so just insert http://www.sound-thinking.org in front of the supplied link and it should work.

i see that the instructions for the Security Code Confirmation are erronious.

this is incorrect, the security code will always display some letters and the registration process does accept letters. enter in the Security Code as it is displayed and it will work. if the Security Code is unreadable, refresh the page and try again, or contact dingus@sound-thinking.org and i can manually complete your registration.
