One way to make feeding the wire through the RB250 arm easier is to remove the counterweight and unscrew it's stub from the end of th armtube. Next is cut the black ground wire from the plug/plate at the base of the arm and pull up and out the back until you insert the new wires so as not to break/loose the ground. The ground is soldered at the opening and can be repaired/replaced ther. Now you can push the new wires up to the bend snag and pull them out the back, then twist the tips together and feed them down the tube. The RB300 is able to be taken apart at the verticle pivot to ease the rewire.
