I'm always impressed with what pops up on the north west coast.

well, I just got off the phone with "Art" and we had a long discussion, he asked me honestly what they were worth, and scott and I in different conversations with him told him that he could sell them for 600 right now, probably 800-1k in a good economy, and then he asked what I would pay for them, I told him I wouldnt pass them up for 300, he mentioned that his wife is a real estate saleman, and we know how much money she has made in the last 8 months, and then he mentioned that he was moving to arizona and needed the money,

I told him that I wouldnt be pissed if he pulled it off CL, and re-listed them for a higher price. I know I could have just gotten his address went up and bought them, but he seemed like a nice older gentleman and I thought that telling him what he could get for them was the right thing to do. so I missed out on a set of ar9's,

btw, he will be selling his phase linear 400, amp/pre/tuner, and again I told him what I thought they were worth, I did offer him 300 for all three, after I told him what each component was worth, he politely declined my offer. oh well
