I love the soy sauce they have in Chinese restaurants, even the stuff that comes in the packets with take-out. But Ching King and Kikoman taste like fermented hog sweat to me. Any recommendations? And, nothing exotic - just plain jane soy sauce.

go to an Asian market in your area... that's where I shop for items like that.. as I would shop in a Mexican market for Mexican food items. just make sense right?
Every time I order Chinese takeout, I ask for a boatload of those soy sauce packets! They always oblige. Last I knew, I had like three dozen in the fridge.
