Cut about 8-10 red potatos into 1" squares or so. 1 whole onion. 5 cloves of minced garlic. 1/4 of virgin olive oil, and mix. Now go to the store and buy 1 packet of powdered ranch dressing. Mix in with liberal amounts of pepper.
Salt to taste. bake for about 45 minutes on 380-400.
you now have a nice easy set of spuds for dinner.

If I can find powdered ranch dressing, I'll cook some up this week as well. Dang grocery store near me has squat for selections.

We tried it with "cajun spice" and it was prett good also. I suppose you could try differrent things with this little gem.

Since my heart surgery, I have to watch the calories and salt, so wifey found a packet of no salt hardly any calorie diet ranch. Still tasted great!!!

If the ranch has a bunch of salt, I the cajun spice might not. Its a real good way to do it also.
