I am not in a hurry, dont want to spend any money right now, just got done with xmas presents for the kids. so I will use it for a talking piece till after the first of the year, then I will get down to business and figure it out.

15 years in a garage....maybe, it's just a lubrication problem.......sometimes old grease gets like glue.
