Two burn chili-

oil

beer

brown sugar

two pounds bacon, grilled on charcoal grill (careful!) or broiled and chopped

one pound bag trader joe's fire grilled corn

four yellow/Vidalia onions, grilled on charcoal grill

One each yellow, red, orange bell pepper, grilled on charcoal grill

one pound hamburger, grilled on charcoal grill, then crumbled

one pound sweet Italian/garlic sausage, grilled on charcoal grill

2 cans stewed tomatos

2 cans fire roasted tomatos

1 can light red kidney beans

1 can dark red kidney beans

1 can black beans

1 can canelli beans

1 can pink beans

two large bulbs garlic cooked on low heat in butter

paprika, cilantro, cumin, red pepper, onion salt, chili powder and coriander to season

gravymaster for color

OPTIONAL- two large packs mixed Mexican style seasoned shredded cheese

DRINKS- milk or soymilk, honey, vanilla extract or chocolate mix, bananas, honey, ice, optional banana liquor or kahlua.

IMPORTANT- Preperation H



Grill Appropriate items, dice. Sauté meat with some spices, splash of beer, olive oil.

Add ingredients (including spices and that stick of butter, and the cheese if you prefer) in slow cooker. Cook at least 6, but preferrably 9 or more hours, on low.

Put ice cubes, bannanas, honey, vanilla extract or chocolate syrup and milk or soy milk in blender. Blend for fire quenching Smoothie drinks. Add banana liquer or Kahlua for buzz.

Serve chili with bread and smoothies.

Keep Preperation H close by for the next morning.
