I watch eBay for unusual Fairchild equipment, today I ran accross an unusual Thorens while doing so, it does have a Fairchild arm on it. Is anyone else familiar with this Turntable? No I am not interested in it if anyone else is, I don't remember seeing to many Thorens direct drive turntables.

i was looking at that too the other day while searching fairchild,interesting table for sure.i sure wouldnt mind bidding on it but since it has a fairchild arm on it it wont go cheap:(.i dont know how it'd compare to the later td124 etc.. but i'd like to own it just because its rare.

Right now it is only $102, but tonight the real bidding will start. Did you see the 412? It is currently only 12.01. It was just a couple of weeks agao one went for over $700, it had a different arm on it, I have one like it, but it would be my luck if I put it up for auction I would only get the $12 for it.

Here is pics of the one I bought to use for parts not knowing what it might be worth later.

$510 for the Thorens and $160 for the Fairchild, the $160 is kind of low for what Fairchild's have been going for.
