At first I thought it was a re-badged Nitty-Gritty, but then I scrolled down and didn´t like what I saw.

Assuming I got it right, I would not advise a dry-vacuum RCM to anyone, not because I think it harms your LP´s, but basically because I believe it´s ineffective.

I believe that Ronco sold something very similar on TV back in the day.
