Jorge thae cable arrived in good shape today.
I have a question but before I ask it I want people to understand I have a lot of experience with many varied hobbies. This at times has lead me to know things about one hobby based on another.
One of my hobbies is Hot rodding cars. this includes very high performance ignition systems. To include making my own spark plug wires from bulk materials many times.
OK that said. Jorge the instant I touched this interconnect it felt familiar. Then when I read the lettering stamped on it's side about being Metal and Halogen free. It hit me.
this feels just like a piece of graphite spark plug wire. Even the texture of the fiberglass weave under the silicone outer jacket feels just like a number of varieties of RFI Suppression plug wires.
Now I'm not saying this interconnect is a spark plug wire only that it feels and looks like one. The question of 2 conductors is something that would be not normal for a Plug wire. But many wires are made with a graphite fiber core using no metal.
Since I don't have any digital to digital connections in my system I could use this cable in I guess this is the extent of the review I can give for it.
This page will at the vary bottom show the type of plug wire I am talking about.
http://go.mrgasket.com/pdf/sparkplugs/Wire_Summary.pdfthe series 3000 stuff.
In fact now that I look at the Van Den Hul page for this type of cable it's construction looks exactly like a carbon or graphite core spark plug wire.
