What are you guys cooking for christmas?

I picked up a Prime Rib Roast, I will slather it in horseradish sauce then drape bacon strips over it. Everything is good with bacon.

We did Thanksgiving at our house, so Christmas is up to the relatives. Thursday will be turkey at my brother's house, then Saturday will be a smorgy family-sorta-reunion at my sis's place.

At my house, I'm livin' up to my handle.
Gonna be a pork loin roast, whipped potatoes, carrots, and blueberry pie.
Simple but real darn good.

Summer xmas dictates ANYTHING EXCEPT A ROAST!

We had prawns, Moreton Bay bugs, oysters and a variety of salads, all washed down with a variety of beers

It was quite a mild day really, nothing like xmas 2004 when it hit 41°C here
