Glad it arrived!

when's the "facelift" operation?

I bet it'll look nicer than the one Gene Simmons got...

Martin Svoboda, the owner of Rose City Sound & Lighting, whom I met at the A$$A fest in March, offered to do the facelift operation gratis. I need to give him a call to arrange a time.

Amazing, just amazing. imagine getting one just like the one made 20 years ago.

Are you going to keep the damaged piece, just in case? As discussed in the beginning of the thread, there are possible ways of repairing that damaged corner.

This is a good day. Your system is awesome. soundt/action-smiley-035.gif

I'll definitely keep the damaged front panel. At the very least I'll get the meter lights replaced so I'll have a fully functional spare meter assembly. Eventually I'd like to get the damaged face plate refurbished. That will involve welding or braising the damaged corner, grinding to match the texture, anodizing, and silk screening the lettering.

Thanks for sharing, Mark!

I'm fond of the soundcraftsmen gear. I think that my last amp I buy, unless a Bryston falls from the sky, will be another Denon, or a Soundcraftsmen.

The MX-10000 has been restored to it's former glory.

Hello Mark,

New member here and have to tell you that your Centennial components are simply breathtaking!

I am sure you have found other sources for replacement parts for these, but if not here is a link to a site.

Regards,
Mike
