Pretty cool! and for that price ....it's just smashing.

It's an hybrid integrated amp , i think, with 6N1 valves in the pre-amp stage and very good Power Output Transistors from Toshiba.

They replaced the 2SC3281/2SA1302 with 2SC5200/2SA1943, when the latter went obsolete, here's some specs:

Just recieved it today. Sounds great hooked up to a reciever and some Cerwin Vega D1 s. It will jam.

Congrats. Let us know what you think of the quality. I look them on the bay and some of them look interesting, especially the three toroid model. I'd take the plunge if I could buy a new one local from a store.

for 300.00 it can't be beat. the volumn knod has a tight place about half way.

With Nippon Chem-Con main filter caps, Toshiba transistors, and other lytics made by Sanyo and Panasonic, a front panel made of aluminum thick enough to make other brands really envious. Adding to all of this a pair of Chinese 12AT7's and a pair of 12AU7's...

Is that an all tube amp? Looks like a tube front end with a SS amp???

Yup! Glancing instead of reading got me through all the way to graduate school...

Put some Diana Krall in. with my Onkyo CD player and the Norman Lab speakers. This will be my Living room set up. Would I recommend one? Yes for 300.00 you can't beat it.
