Spent a couple days in the kitchen. Since it was Good Friday it meant no meat so I made some sushi rolls and sashimi along with a spicy shrimp stir fry. Today tossed a four pound rib eye roast on the charcoal Weber (was going to roast/smoke it in the Big Green Egg then found I had no chips
 ). Grilled some aspargus. Carmelized some onions and sauted some mushrooms with garlic then deglazed the pans with an apple wine. The roast was perfect. After I sliced it I added the juices to the mixed deglazed pan and then poured it all over the meat. Ate myself into oblivion and there are leftovers to be had  . |

I fixed some Biscuits and Gravy yesterday for my dog and I, he thought they were to best. I have met a dog yet that doesn't like milk gravy.
