*ANNIVERSARY* * GIVEAWAY*

In honor of the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of


SOUND THINKING, (June 29)


Hifi_nut (Jorge) and I, itlldue (Larry) have decided that a small "giveaway" would be an appropriate way to commemorate the event. We have meticulously contemplated the daily operation and participation at the "SOUND", and devised a way to properly, and randomly, select the recipients of the "prizes". The selection process is totally left up to chance. The only clues we can give you are this - post-whoring will NOT guarantee you a prize.......however, NOT posting will definately eliminate you from the giveaway.

FIRST PRIZE: A 32+ foot PAIR of cables (secret speaker wire) that are 10ga. nickel (?) plated stranded (104 per conductor) copper wire, teflon insulated, and cloth wrapped. (donated by itlldue)

SECOND PRIZE: A set of QED Qunex I Interconnects. (donated by hifi_nut)

THIRD PRIZE: An Audioquest Digital X interconnect. (donated by hifi_nut)

CONSOLATION PRIZE: Unknown at this time. (donated by Miss Prussy - elegibility requirements apply)

After the winners have been determined, they will receive a SOUND THINKING PM (not email) from either myself, Jorge, or Miss Prussy notifying them that they have been selected. They will then have 48 hours from the time stamp on the message to contact the sender with their name and shipping address. If they do not respond, the next alternate will be given the opportunity.

Re: Anniversary giveaway

Right, three days to go, and you guys have only heard about the prizes, but you haven´t actually seen them yet.

So, as a kind of a reminder for all you guys to be here on the 29th, here are the goodies you can win:

Let´s hope either Larry or his #1 son manage to post a pic of the 1st prize, a one of a kind set of speaker cables. As for Miss Prussy´s prize, even I don´t know what it is.

Here's a photo of the speaker cable. I have even scrounged up enough shrink tube to cover it (I personally like the way it looks as-is), and some smaller for the individual ends.

If the winners don´t PM us their shipping adresses real quick after being notified, we´ll start charging storage fees.
