White corn meal added to boiling water, stiring continuously while adding to prevent lumping, turn off as soon as stifened, with enough salt and butter for flavor, some people will make extra to refrigerate and then fry at a later time.

Well back in my drinkin' days, breakfast on Jan 1st would have been Corona's with Mr. & Mrs. T's spicy bloody mary mix a big shot of vodka and a squeeze of lime (most of the food groups, very healthy and soundt/yummy.gif ) Here in AZ menudeo is the traditional breakfast, makes me want to vomit!!

So it was steak, Hatch green chili's and eggs soundt/thumbup.gif

Breakfast?.. a smoke and a long, hard look.

(actually it's a flat white, a smoke and a bit of a listen to classic FM)
