Mac
You will get the tape from Blaze ES. Then send it to me. I'll send it overseas.
Does anyone else care to get in on this? Elroy?

hey there, man!! i just got your jazz tape to me! thanks a bunch!! funny, the cassette blank you chose, a Euro-Market SONY UX-Pro, is the very same as the TRAVELLING TAPE recording cassette that was being used in the TAPEHEADS TT activity i participated in last year! i took this pic when it passed my way:

anyway, it sounds great overall, but, if you don't mind me being a little critical, i found the higher ranges to be rather lacking. i wonder what that could be from? the source material, perhaps? perhaps my deck doesn't quite fully agree with recordings made on yours?

Mac
You are 2 more people in line. Then you will send it to someone else. The list has grown. Is there anyone else here who would like to join in? Still record 10 mins.

OK, i got it a couple days back. i listened and added a couple of my own.
i didn't know that this was a BEATLES oriented tape, so that was a surprise for me.
i did not have any BEATLES to add, as im not overly fond of them, HOWEVER,
i DO happen to like 1980's era PAUL McCARTNEY, so i added a couple of selections from a 1990 concert album that i believe is probably rare, and that there's a fair chance
that none of you have ever heard it. it consists of a mixture of covers of BEATLES
and McCARTNEY songs. it is pretty good, actually. anyway, let me know who to
send it along to, (and also please let me know where i might be able to obtain
some of those wonderful 1988-era DENON HD-8s!!)
