I suggest the " List of members names" should be available for all members to see, not only Administrators / Mods. ( How selfish of us
The appropriate place, IMO should be the "Introductions" forum, but in the form of a pinned thread, and only JP, Kelly and Scott should have acess to edit it, anytime there´s a new adittion to be made. As the member´s list grows, and I believe it will grow immensely in the next couple of years, this will be an invaluable tool for all members. Jorge |

Jim, the list Jorge speaks of is different.
I'm bad at remembering names, so I compiled a list that associated screennames with real names (first names only) and made it available to the mods. The idea there was that using first names creates a more personal atmosphere and makes official contact more effective, imo. Afterall, which sounds better, "Hey WoMbatCoWboy2367..." or "Hey Bob..."? To make this list public would entail many problems. The most obvious being privacy as not everyone would appreciate an easy access list associating a pseudo-nym with something relatively innocuous as a first name. Such a list would have to be recreated entirely with members taking the time to volunteer their first names to the list. - JP -------------------- After silence that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music.

Well, I confess.
My name? Harry Cane. My wife Sue? She kept her maiden name. I call her Sue Nami. We're caught in a real stormy relationship, as you can imagine, being a Harry Cane and a Sue Nami existing so close together. Our daughter Hedda? Well, she's a real rebel. She legally changed her last name to reflect the fact she's a vegatarian. She goes by Hedda Lettuce. ![]() -------------------- What you got back home, lil' sister, to play yer fuzzy warbles on? I'm Iron Jack Rackham. Guess that site doesn't have too large a pool of pirate names.
